While the subject sitting isn’t as hunched or slumped over as I would like for the purposes of my original comment, they appear to me to be dead (in a casual fashion) and that Darren(?) is a crime scene photographer.

Hence the only thing missing was the murder weapon: a knife in the back.

Does that help at all?

D’you know, I think I want to add something to my last throwaway comment, but on a less jesting note.

On reflection your comment’s a bit strange cos it suggests you’ve picked up something sinister or disturbing about the pic.
And that’s the really odd thing, cos on the face of it there’s nothing in it to suggest anything of the kind… yet immediately I’d taken it (and I shot it in b&w anyway) and every time I look at it to my mind there’s something intensely disturbing about it.

Not quite along the lines of your suggestion, but not too far off.

Explain please.

And as a P.S., I didn’t originally take it with anything of the sort in mind. Its just the way it seems to have come out.
